How do I redeem a voucher I purchased from a daily deals site?

If you have paid for a voucher from a daily deal site (such as Scoopon, Living Social, Groupon, Our Deal, Love It Up, etc), you need to follow these steps to finalise your order:

1. Go to Redeem a Voucher and enter your Voucher code into the field "Voucher Code".

2. Where applicable, choose your preferred product colours then select 'Add to Cart'.

3. Click the 'Checkout' button, enter your email and billing/shipping details and select the 'Go to Next Step' button.

4. On the next page you will be asked to enter a discount code. Enter your voucher number here. The order amount will then change to $0.00, the shipping amount will change to "Free Shipping (voucher redemption)" and the credit card section will no longer display.

5. Select the "Complete my purchase" button and that's it - your order is on its way.

I purchased a deal from a daily deals site. Why am I still being asked to enter my credit card details?

If you have bought other items from the website, you will need to enter your credit card details for those items.  

If you have not added other items from the website to your cart, you may be attempting to enter the wrong voucher code. Deal sites will often provide you with two numbers, one is a purchase reference number (ie receipt number) and the other is your voucher code. Check that you are entering the voucher code.

If you have retried entering the voucher code and are still being asked to provide your credit card details, the code has not been accepted. Please Contact Us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What is your standard shipping time?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days of receipt. Delivery times then vary depending on the final location. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

What is your delivery charge?

We offer free delivery on all orders over $100, to any location within Australia.  A charge of $6 applies to all orders under $100.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your product is of paramount importance to us. If your product is faulty you can return it to us, for either a refund, credit note or replacement product.

What if my order hasn't arrived after 14 working days?

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery time please contact your local post office and ensure your parcel is not awaiting collection. Alternatively please Contact Us and our team will be able to track down your order.
